　　因为人为的过度开采，工业废料的随意丢弃，导致美丽海岛生态被破坏，变异怪物巨蛇攻击人类。主人公陈朗靠着自己的勇气带领众人逃生并牺牲性命保护家人。通过故事向人们发出了保护生态环境的预警，同时宣扬了团结、守护和爱的人性光辉。

Raka, a court security officer, and his pregnant wife, Nina, celebrate her success in passing the bar exam. While they have a rare evening of fine dining to savor the moment, their joyous celebration is shattered when Nina is found brutally murdered. The investigation quickly identifies Dika as the prime suspect, leading to his swift arrest.  法国青年克里斯（Fabian Wolfrom 饰），在他11岁时某个夜晚，哈雷彗星接近地球。似乎冥冥中有所感应，他的父母在当晚死于非命。此去经年，哈雷彗星再度接近地球，全世界人民寄予极大关注，各种或科学或玄学的猜测层出不穷，热议纷纷。对克里斯来说这颗星体的造访似乎没有什么特别的，但是他却发现周围人们的举止愈加怪异，人们越来越无法控制自己的情绪，各种暴力和暴动此起彼伏，在所谓的末日为降临前，众生已经陷入绝望的疯狂之中。彗星莅临当晚，克里斯受邀参加一个狂欢派对。谁知未过多久场面便完全失控，各种嗜血恶徒出笼，展开末日杀戮……
