一个神秘中年男子醉酒后袭击了一台自动售货机和便利店店员，被警方拘留。他声称自己拥有超能力，并预测东京将有炸弹。从秋叶原爆炸事件算起，他预测接下来还会有三次爆炸，间隔一小时。随后，他一边回避着警察的询问，一边问一些有关炸弹的神秘“问题”。

Taken by submarine to Artigas' volcano headquarters, Roche is tricked into developing his experiment for evil intentions. The scientist’s assistant, Simon, struggles all the while to free himself and warn Roche. A magical world of baroque submarines and sailing ships, killer octopus, undersea bicycles dazzles audiences as human actors, puppetry, animation and fanciful scenic design interact to create a cinematic experience that is unique by any standards. A special team of allied forces are sent to infiltrate a Nazi occupied bunker. When they arrive, they discover the scientific experiments that have been taking place there have turned everyone into super human, flesh eating zombies.
